Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, you should: Understand the complexity and variety of diversity in the workplace. Be able to anticipate and identify diversity-related issues. Obtain a pro-active perspective and be able to assist in directing an organization toward capitalizing on its diversity. Utilize the case study method for problem-solving non-routine diversity issues.
