Description:This course is designed for elementary education majors to acquaint them with strategies, techniques, materials, and organizational structures relating to the teaching of mathematics and the assessing of student learning. Students will examine such topics as logical thinking, finding numerical patterns, problem solving, the use of instructional media tools to teach math, and math lessons and a curriculum that aligns with the Maine Learning Results.
