Name:Hotel and Restaurant Management Proficiency Examination
Description:The purpose of this exam is to test a person’s retention of the fundamental concepts learned in Management Principles, Introduction to Hospitality Management, Management of Food and Beverage Operations, Room Division Management. The results of this examination will be used to reevaluate the instruction and learning that takes place in the courses listed. Students successfully passing the test will receive one credit. The course is required of all students receiving a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
