CED Application for Admission

Application Procedures

Thomas College welcomes applications for admission at any time throughout the year; however, we do encourage students to submit all necessary forms and documentation before completing their third class to ensure there is no delay in registration for their fourth class. Applications for admission are reviewed on a rolling basis upon receipt of all application materials. All of the following items constitute a complete application for admission and must be received before an admission decision is rendered:

  1. Completed application form with non-refundable $35.00 application fee. Please make check or money order payable to Thomas College. The fee will be waived for Thomas graduates.
  2. Copy of high school transcript or GED certificate. Please have transcripts sent directly to the Admissions office at Thomas College.
  3. SAT or ACT scores OR conditional acceptance pending the completion of three Thomas College undergraduate courses within your specific degree program with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better
  4. For students requiring transfer credit, official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended. Please have transcripts sent directly to the Admissions office at Thomas College.
  5. International students must also submit results of the TOEFL or IELTS exams to complete their Application for Admission and a Declaration of Financial Status.

Please send us a photograph of yourself. This is used for identification and public relations purposes. Your application will be considered with or without the photograph.

Financial Assistance Procedures

Thomas College offers a comprehensive program of financial assistance to students with academic promise who have demonstrated financial need. Students seeking financial assistance must file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list Thomas College (Title IV code 002052) as an authorized recipient of the student's information.
